With funding from the Scottish Executive, Orkney Alcohol Counselling and Advisory Service and Orkney Drug, Alcohol and Smoking Action Team commissioned this research with the aim of gathering up to date information on the extent of alcohol and drug misuse in Orkney, and identify the need for the establishment or extension of local alcohol and drug services.
